Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 5pm

Fri: 8.30am - 1pm

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional frontline customer service

Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration.

Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries

Process medical insurance claims, issue tax invoices, and manage payment collections.

Perform administrative and clinical tasks, assist with simple procedures, and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.
