- Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with accurate information
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
- Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Levels/ A Levels/ Higher NITEC in any discipline
- Preferably with prior customer service experiences
- Proficient MS Office
- Able to commit 10am to 2pm/ 11am to 3pm/ 12pm to 4pm
