Job Description

  • Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with accurate information
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
  • Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Levels/ A Levels/ Higher NITEC in any discipline
  • Preferably with prior customer service experiences
  • Proficient MS Office
  • Able to commit 10am to 2pm/ 11am to 3pm/ 12pm to 4pm
