Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
1-hour lunch break
Salary - S$20.77 per hour (Degree with no prior work experience)
Benefits
Temporary staff who have worked for 3 months or more are entitled to staff benefits.
Total engagement period for temporary staff is capped at one year.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide analytical, stakeholder engagement and programme support for the implementation initiatives of the Evidence-to-Practice (ETP) team.
Key Responsibilities
Support stakeholder outreach activities, including the Expression of Interest exercise and coffee chats.
Analyse stakeholder, registration and survey data to support programme planning.
Support programme evaluation, reporting and implementation initiatives.
Coordinate implementation-related projects involving ACG integration into healthcare systems and clinical workflows.
Plan stakeholder engagement and appreciation activities.
Support dissemination and communication initiatives.
Contribute to the development of the ACE Repository of Clinical Guidelines (ARCG) and other emerging ETP initiatives.
Requirements
Degree qualification with no prior work experience.
Required Skills
Stakeholder engagement and communications, including planning and coordination of outreach activities.
Data analysis and interpretation (e.g. participant allocation, stakeholder segmentation, survey analysis and reporting).
Content development and publicity coordination, including drafting LinkedIn posts and stakeholder communications.
Project management and coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to synthesise information and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Strong written communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement when engaging stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience in programme evaluation, survey design or stakeholder engagement.
Experience managing healthcare, public sector or implementation-related projects.
Experience with website content management systems, CRM platforms or analytics tools.
Experience in event planning and stakeholder engagement activities.
Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare system, clinical guidelines or healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
