- Perform calling of First Visit patient for attendance confirmation for several divisions
- Assist patient to reschedule appointment if required.
- Assist doctor in post triage cases appointment booking and update patients
- Performing checking of First Visit appointment wait time
- Assist Clinic in booking of urgent consultation appointment
- Support our department of medicine private clinics appointment booking and patient care coordination requirements.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Nursing / any science courses
- No exp needed, training provided
