Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers, including scheduling internal meetings, tracking marketing status of vacant units, preparing vacancy listing etc.
Handle all incoming general enquiries and correspondences, including emails, phone calls, and letters regarding e-bidding / tender procedures, unit availability and other related matters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenants contacts, internal database, and other relevant documents.
Prepare letter of offers, tenancy agreements and other lease documents for new letting.
Retrieving archived documents for facts-finding and investigation works.
Follow up with tenants and prospects on the timely return of lease documents, rescheduling of signing appointment dates etc.
Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in administrative, leasing, or customer-facing roles, preferably with basic tenancy and marketing knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), possess good verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate high accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
$15/hour Mon-Fri office hours Contract Period: 3 months to 1 year
