Key Duties & Responsibilities
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Support end-to-end procurement of consumables, equipment and office supplies
- Raise sourcing requests, purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Liaise with vendors for quotations, deliveries, invoicing and product enquiries
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure PAR levels are maintained
- Assist with receiving of goods and contract / PO updates
RPA & Inventory System Support
- Monitor daily consumables usage and generate inventory usage reports from RPA system
- Maintain and update inventory records, PAR levels, and stock movements in RPA system
- Coordinate with vendors and users on stock replenishment
- Assist with invoice submissions and tracking of RPA /non-RPA items
- Support data updates and system housekeeping related to inventory management
Operations & Administrative Support
- Support annual CAPEX/OPEX purchase processes
- Coordinate equipment disposal, repair, servicing and commissioning works
- Assist with claims, billing submissions, and documentation
- Manage staff lockers, access requests and onboarding administrative matters
- Prepare meeting minutes, booking of rooms and coordination of meeting logistics
IT & Systems Support
- Raise IT requests and coordinate setup of PCs/printers for staff
- Support staff access management for systems and work areas
- Assist with updating inventory and consumable records in relevant systems
Ad Hoc & Departmental Support
- Coordinate loan items and ensure proper documentation / charging
- Assist with consumable tracking, recalls and replacement coordination
- Support staff vaccination exercise arrangements and departmental activities
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the department.
Requirements
- A Levels or Diploma in fields related to Business, Logistics, IT or Biomedical
