Responsibilities

  • Support the upkeep of programme support tools
  • Provide coordination support for webinars and engagement activities, such as managing logistics, preparing materials, and handling post-event follow-ups.
  • Refresh and maintain FAQs and reference materials based on engagement outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate training schedules and venue arrangements.
  • Track progress updates and maintain reporting templates.
  • Other admin or ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in any related course of studies
  • Can start immediately or on short notice
  • Proficient with MS office, Excel (including advance skills such as vlookup)
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
