Temp Accounts Executive #HHLT

Pay: Up to $3,500
Location: Buona Vista

Duration: 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027
Work hours: Monday - Friday, office hours

Job Scope:

. Assist to create new vendor accounts in SAP system. Check bank accounts are valid and update vendor records.

. Create payment transactions using the SAP.

. Provide support in grants administration processes that include performing checks on non-fundable items in claim forms, following up with institutions finance on sampling checks, downloading claim forms and updating payment details in the financial systems.

. Assist in proper maintenance of grant and payment records.

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or equivalent

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance-related work

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (including MS Word & Excel)

. Knowledge of the healthcare sector would be an advantage
