We are hiring Temp Accounts Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable-related matters.
  • Verify vendor invoices & claims submitted by staff.
  • Data entry and processing of vendor invoices and staff claims.
  • Process cheque & GIRO payment.
  • Reconcile Vendor's statement of account.
  • Assist in generating monthly AR billing
  • Follow up on, collect, and update payment
  • Attend to email/call inquiries on vendor invoices and payments.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing.

Job Requirements:

  • Min N/O/A Level and above
  • At least 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and GST principles.
  • Able to commence on short notice
