Job Description

You will implement and enhance Temenos Triple'A Plus (TAP) for private banking and wealth management clients. This role bridges front-office business needs with TAP's out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities and supports seamless FO-BO alignment. You will participate in new implementations, release upgrades, database migrations, and front-channel transformations, while advising stakeholders to minimise bespoke customisations in favour of performant, upgradeable design.

Key Responsibilities

. Implement and parameterise TAP modules:

. Portfolio management,

. Performance & risk,

. Advisory/suitability,

. Order management (equities, fixed income, FX, funds, structured products/derivatives),

. RM dashboards

. Client data management

. Client & internal reporting

. Map business requirements to OOTB TAP capabilities and challenge unnecessary customisation maintain upgradeability and product integrity.

. Configure TAP using Design Studio, TSL and script definitions design and expose services via OData/IRIS APIs.

. Design FO integration with Transact (T24) and downstream systems coordinate with middleware (ITX), messaging (MQ), and market data interfaces.

. Support SIT/UAT planning, test scenario design, defect triage, and golive readiness contribute to runbook and operational handover.

. Contribute to performance tuning across UI, TAP core and database layers support logging/monitoring and nonfunctional testing.

Required Skills & Experience

. Minimum 10 years handson experience with Temenos TAP (R20+ R24/R25 preferred).

. Understanding of portfolio construction, investment suitability, product governance and endtoend order lifecycle.

. Working knowledge of WSC, OData/IRIS, integration patterns basic proficiency in SQL and scripting (Java/J2EE exposure advantageous).

. Experience contributing to release upgrades and platform migrations (SybaseOracle).

Generic Skills

. Business analysis: requirements elicitation, gapfit, process mapping, user journeys, data mapping.

. Delivery methods: Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall backlog management, sprint ceremonies, RAID/issue tracking.

. Tools: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word Confluence & Jira basic SQL for analysis Visio/Lucidchart for flows.

. Documentation: Business requirements documents / Functional Specification Documents / Technical and Integration Specification Documents, user stories & acceptance criteria, configuration workbooks, test plans and runbooks.

. Testing lifecycle awareness: SIT/UAT planning, test case design, defect management and traceability.

. Stakeholder management: frontoffice, operations, risk/compliance, architecture and thirdparty vendors clear written & verbal communication.

. DevOps awareness: Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Jenkins), environment & release coordination.

. Training & enablement: user training, knowledge transfer and hypercare support.

Preferred Experience with Comparable Platforms

. Avaloq Front/Avaloq Wealth, ERI Olympic Banking System, TCS BaNCS Wealth, Finastra Fusion Wealth.

. Murex or Charles River IMS experience (order, compliance, risk) for FO interfacing contexts.

. FIS Private Banking / Apex or similar wealth platforms
