- Responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within the core banking domain and its interacting applications
- Conduct/support PLW (Process Led Workshops) document Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD) including data mapping, migration, reporting, and user guides
- Propose innovative and scalable solutions while avoiding any addition of operational or delivery risks
- Lead and coordinate requirement analysis, system enhancements, and solution design for core banking projects
- Act as a liaison between business users, internal teams, and vendors for project management, development, testing, migration, user training, and production releases
- Strong expertise in Temenos Transact Core Banking with Private Banking domain knowledge
- Working experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban
- Perform stakeholder management to ensure clarity of requirements and comprehensive impact analysis
Skills Requirements of the Position
Professional and Technical
- Minimum 12-15 years of IT business analysis experience focused on Transact/T24 Core Banking with Private Banking domain
- Preferably experienced in handling one or more modules, including:
- Securities: Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds
- Cash Account and Deposits: AA, AC, MM, FD
- Corporate Actions: Lifecycle and events
- Payments: TPH
- Fees & Tax: Cross modules for Private Banking
- EOX: Accounting, EOD/M/Q/Y job analysis and design
- Credit Products: Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees (including AA module)
- Derivatives: Options, Structured Products
- Good understanding of Private Banking products with exposure to Transact modules such as AA, MD, SC, DX, SY
- Experienced in driving PLWs and advising on processes for new applications, preferably with implementation experience
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
