We&aposre seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst to join our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Treasury modules within the Temenos T24 core banking system. This role requires a professional with a strong background in private banking, a passion for process automation, and a proven track record of successful, large-scale implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the functional aspects of Temenos T24 implementations from a business analysis perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct Process, Localization, and Workshop (PLW) sessions to identify and document gaps between business requirements and system capabilities.
- Write detailed functional specifications, including High-Level Solution Design (HLSD) and Functional Solution Design (FSD) documents, and create user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate effectively with scrum teams, product owners, and stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Treasury modules, providing guidance and expertise to the team and clients.
- Drive process automation initiatives, particularly those involving Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, clarify scope, and secure buy-in.
- Perform root cause analysis on complex issues and propose effective solutions, working independently to resolve problems.
- Support Pre-Sales activities, including solutioning for large-scale, multi-entity, or multi-country private banking implementations.
- Contribute to Practice Management by building a strong team, organizing training, and developing assets and accelerators.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst.
- Extensive experience in at least two end-to-end Private Banking implementations covering TAP, TDS, T24, and TDH.
- Strong working knowledge of private banking products and services, including Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Private Equity, IPOs, Forex, Forwards, and NDFs.
- Hands-on experience in conducting PLW sessions, preparing gap lists, and writing HLSD/FSD documents and user stories.
- Proven ability to work on global, enterprise-scale application developments and implementations, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Experience in handling process automations and RPA projects.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences and business information to technical teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, and JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or an Agile methodology.
- Experience in anchoring Pre-Sales solutioning.
- Experience in Practice Management, including team building and asset development.
- A knack for creative thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation.
