Job Summary
Join our Loans & Paperwork team as a part-time Telesales Executive to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and secure sales prospects through effective telesales communication.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers by phone to assess their needs and requirements
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Act as the first point of contact and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely case closure
- Deliver professional consultation and maintain high-quality customer service standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in conversational English to communicate effectively with customers
- Strong customer service skills to address customer needs and resolve issues
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and follow up diligently on tasks
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Initiative-taking mindset to proactively drive sales activities
- Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills for data entry and communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of at least O Levels / SPM qualification
