We work closely with families to design structured learning pathways that help students improve with clarity and confidence.
As we expand, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives to support student enrolment and parent engagement.
Seashell Academy is looking for a proactive Telesales Executive to contact parents, introduce our programmes, and convert enquiries into trial lessons and student enrolments.
This is a target-driven sales role that requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to build trust with parents.
Make outbound calls to parents who have expressed interest in our programmes
Introduce Seashell Academy's tuition programmes and learning approach
Convert enquiries into trial lesson bookings and enrolments
Follow up with parents after consultations or trial lessons
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system
Work closely with Course Consultants and the academic team to support student enrolment
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with parents
Confident speaking on the phone and handling parent enquiries
Sales-driven and comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Responsible and able to follow up consistently
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or education sales will be an advantage.
5-day work week
Some weekend work may be required
Off days on weekdays (if weekend work applies)
Basic Salary + Sales Incentives
Expected total monthly income: SGD 3,000 - 4,500
