- Collect customer details such as name and address to enable effective sales follow-up
- Maintain organized records of contacted customers and those who opt out of future contact to ensure compliance
- Conduct follow-ups with previous customers to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions to support sales tracking and reporting
- Complete customer surveys to gather data on potential customers and improve sales strategies
