About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Specialist (B2B) to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential corporate clients over the phone to understand their training needs and introduce our course offerings. The primary objective is to generate and secure qualified appointments, which will then be converted leads to sales. The ideal candidate should be highly sales driven, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach when interacting with prospective clients.

  • Office Hours:Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Location:Tai Seng North-East Region
  • Remuneration:Basic + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential business clients to introduce the organisation's training courses and solutions.
  • Engage with business decision-makers to identify opportunities for further discussions.
  • Qualify leads by understanding corporate clients training needs and recommending suitable courses.
  • Secure appointments for the sales team to present training programmes to prospective corporate clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Strong telemarketing experience required.
  • Candidates with exposure to inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling will have an added advantage.
  • Proficient in drafting and responding to professional emails.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM systems.
