Job Summary
You will contact prospective clients using company leads, present products professionally, qualify leads, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, follow up with prospects, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by phone using company-provided leads to generate interest and sales opportunities
- Present products and services clearly and professionally to engage potential customers
- Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and suitability for products or services
- Schedule appointments for consultants to advance sales processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects to build and sustain positive customer relationships
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through consistent outreach and engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call centre roles
- Comfortable making outbound calls to diverse customer groups
- Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset to drive results
- Basic computer literacy with ability to update CRM systems
- Fluency in English, Mandarin.
