As an Admin Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Actively calling potential customers from company-provided leads to introduce insurance products.
- Scheduling appointments for financial consultants or agents.
- Promoting insurance products, cross-selling/upselling, and managing policy renewals.
- Answering inquiries, explaining policy benefits, and maintaining high customer experience standards.
- Recording customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in telemarketing / tele-sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
