We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads for our sales team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Provide accurate information about product features and benefits.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets and sales goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to engage customers over the phone.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
