Location: Central (Nearest mrt: Downtown / Shenton Way)
Salary: $1500 - $1600

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls for services
• Introduce and explain services clearly and professionally
• Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads
• Set appointments or refer interested customers to relevant team
• Follow up with warm leads when required
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
• Comply with company policies

Requirement:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience
