Responsibilities:
- Calling warm leads who have shown interest in services closely
- Schedule appointments and arrange for rescheduling, if necessary.
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge about services - training will be provided
- Calling of existing customers whenever necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments
Requirements:
- Experience in beauty telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to speak clearly and confidently
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Min 1 years of relevant experience in telemarketing/sales
- Good track record of turn ups
- Proficient with Excel
