Telemarketer

We're expanding our financial advisory team and need motivated telemarketers to connect qualified prospects with our wealth management consultants.

Your Role

Schedule appointments with pre-qualified leads interested in insurance, investment and wealth management services. You'll make outbound calls, maintain follow-ups, and track progress Google Sheets, all from the comfort of home.

Who We're Looking For
- 1+ year in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (or relevant field)
- Strong communication skills and resilient attitude
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Legally eligible to work in Singapore

What You'll Earn

Hourly Rate:
- $10/hour (new to telemarketing)
- $12/hour (experienced telemarketers)
- Performance bonuses for confirmed appointments
- Regular reviews with salary increases

Complete Training Provided

2-day comprehensive program covering professional scripts, objection handling techniques, and proven conversation strategies. Continuous coaching support included.

Work Your Way

- 100% remote after training
- Choose 4-hour shifts between 8:30 AM - 9 PM (Mon-Fri)
- Book shifts weekly in advance
- Commitment 12-40 hours per week (can choose)

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $16.00 per hour
