. Troubleshoot and repair motherboards/mobile issues, including glass replacement forLCD for all major brands for Oppo mobile phones

. Operatetest equipment and/or grading software system

. Performcosmetic inspections

. Providetechnical and process support to customers

. Otherad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
To perform troubleshooting , inspections andexaminations as per customer's complaints or upon actual diagnostic via systemprovided.

. Contact customer via phone Call/Whatsapp /SMS toprovide quotation for out of warranty repair and update repair status shouldthere be additional fault or for fault verification.

. Repair and replacement of defective parts,components or upgrading softwares to rectify the fault within the stipulatedtiming.

. To conduct maintenance checks to ensure qualityand efficiency of devices
