Job Description

• Degree in Telecommunications or related Technology curriculum preferred

• Experience in 24x7 environment with on-call responsibilities

• Experience supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting telecom systems

(3G/4G/5G technology, Voice and Video systems)

• Provides support for IT-Telecom team on Projects from discovery to close-out.

• Ensures Telecom participation in project meetings and discussions as well as participate in end user and Operational handover.

• Provides project related documents/report/metrics as and when required.
