We are looking for an experienced Telecom Billing SME with strong billing domain knowledge and hands-on experience supporting billing system implementation or transformation projects.
The role will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and the billing implementation team, ensuring business requirements are clearly captured, elaborated, documented, and translated into actionable user stories for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirements workshops with business users, product owners, operations teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse, and elaborate business requirements related to telecom billing processes.
- Create clear and comprehensive Business Requirements Documentation (BRD).
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the billing implementation team.
- Clarify business rules, billing scenarios, rating logic, charging flows, invoicing, adjustments, payments, collections, and revenue-related processes.
- Support solution discussions by providing telecom billing domain expertise.
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly.
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across billing processes and system implementation.
- Ensure alignment between business expectations, solution design, and delivery outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Strong domain knowledge in telecom billing, charging, rating, invoicing, payments, collections, or revenue management.
- Experience working on billing system implementation, migration, transformation, or enhancement projects.
- Strong experience conducting requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Good understanding of telecom business processes across BSS, billing, CRM, order management, provisioning, or revenue assurance.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear deliverables for implementation teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business users, product teams, solution architects, developers, testers, and vendors.
