We are looking for a warm, service-oriented Tele-Sales Consultant to handle daily customer interactions and support for our beauty and aesthetic clientele in Singapore. You'll be the voice and heart of our brand - engaging customers through WhatsApp, social media, and calls with professionalism, care, and confidence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and work on getting new customer bookings.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls.
- Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries about treatments, promotions, and appointments.
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and resolution of issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Strong spoken proficiency in English.
- Pleasant and confident communication skills, with a clear and engaging voice.
- Excellent interpersonal, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service, online chat support, or client coordination preferred.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented with proven sales or tele-sales experience.
- Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness is an advantage.
Job Details (6 days work week)
- Attractive salary package with performance incentives (commission structure will be shared once shortlisted)
- Working Hours: 6 days work week
Monday and Wednesday to Sunday: 10am to 8pm (Tuesdays OFF) - Lunch break is provided
If requested to work on public holiday, off-in-lieu will be given as compensation - Working Location: Orchard (headquarters)
Part-Time Arrangement is available (must be able to work at least 4 days a week, 3 weekdays and 1 weekend)
