Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain 3D BIM models in Tekla Structures for structural steel, tensile membrane, and faade systems.
Produce fabrication drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and shop details for manufacturing and assembly.
Coordinate construction sequence modeling, including staging, temporary supports, and installation planning.
Integrate Tekla models with other BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks, IFC, etc.) for multidisciplinary coordination.
Perform clash detection and resolve interface issues between structural, architectural, and MEP trades.
Work closely with design engineers to ensure accurate translation of design intent into buildable models.
Prepare and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) and model coordination reports.
Collaborate with project managers, fabricators, and site teams to optimize buildability and construction logistics.
Manage and update revision control, model versions, and drawing issue logs.
Support digital workflows such as 4D sequencing, quantity take-off, and CNC/NC data output for fabrication.

Requirements
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Tekla Structures modeling for structural or AS/RS Racking projects.
Strong understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination standards.
Experience with construction sequencing or 4D modeling is highly preferred.
Knowledge of steel fabrication, connection detailing, and shop drawing production.
Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM tools will be advantageous.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail, organized, and capable of managing multiple deliverables under tight schedules.
Knowledge of Singapore construction practices, codes, and standards is an advantage.
