The TechUP.sg Founder Initiative was created to help aspiring entrepreneurs, career changers, and innovators turn promising ideas into viable businesses.

Rather than simply providing development services, TechUP.sg selectively invests technology resources into startup MVPs and supports founders through product strategy, technical guidance, and launch execution.

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about startups, innovation, and helping founders bring ideas to life.

[Your Role]

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating startup proposals, validating business opportunities, and guiding selected founders through the product development journey.

You will work closely with entrepreneurs, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to determine whether an idea has market potential and how it can be transformed into a successful MVP.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Review and assess startup and business idea submissions

• Conduct market, competitor, and product research

• Validate business models and commercial viability

• Define MVP scope, requirements, and product roadmap

• Facilitate discovery workshops with founders

• Work closely with development teams to translate ideas into products

• Monitor product progress and recommend improvements

• Support go-to-market and growth planning activities

• Present findings and recommendations to TechUP leadership

[What We're Looking For]

• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Startup Operations, or Entrepreneurship

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to evaluate business opportunities and market potential

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Passion for startups, innovation, and emerging technologies

• Experience working with digital products, web applications, mobile apps, or SaaS platforms is advantageous

• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to challenge assumptions
