TechOps SaaS Specialist

An international FinTech company developing technology solutions for the crypto and FX industry is looking for a TechOps SaaS Specialist to join its growing Technical Operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working with observability tools, automating repetitive tasks, and leveraging AI in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve technical issues via Helpdesk and Slack;

• Monitor service health using Grafana, Datadog, logs, metrics, and traces;

• Build monitoring dashboards and alerts;

• Write Python scripts for automation (API retries, batch operations, reporting);

• Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and MCP-based workflows;

• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams;

• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in TechOps or Technical Support;

• Hands-on experience with Grafana and/or Datadog;

• Python scripting for automation;

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, WebSockets, and gRPC;

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems;

• Understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS, CDN, and VPN;

• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Gemini in day-to-day technical work;

• Background in Forex or Crypto (trading or industry experience);

• English level: C1.

Nice to have:

• Experience with distributed tracing tools (Jaeger, Tempo, Datadog APM);

• Jira and Confluence;

• Zendesk, Intercom, or Pylon;

• Git workflows;

• Knowledge of resilience patterns (retries, circuit breakers, rate limiting);

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
