The Technology Transformation Program Manager leads the strategic execution of digital and IT transformation initiatives across the organization. This role ensures alignment with Technology strategy, drives key initiatives, and embeds governance and change management practices to deliver measurable outcomes and impacts.
Technology Strategy
- Coordinate the development or refinement of technology transformation roadmap
- Support Technology departments to translate strategic intent into execution plan across the various departments in Technology, ensuring alignment between Technology stakeholders.
Program Governance & Delivery
- Establish and manage program governance structures, steering committees, and reporting frameworks.
- Manage division-wide technology transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Manage the execution and delivery of key Tech-for-Tech transformation initiatives and support identified major Tech-for-Pillar transformation projects.
- Oversee program planning, review and monitor budget requests and spend, identify risks and issues, and track project performances.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Act as the primary liaison between technology teams and where necessary, liaise with business and Group stakeholders.
- Drive change management efforts to embed new ways of working.
- Influence and inspire collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment of resources and priorities.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in leading transformation programs especially within the Technology domain.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
