Key Responsibilities:
We are hiring an experienced professional to lead audit, governance, and regulatory oversight within a regulated financial services environment.
- Lead and coordinate technology and regulatory audits, including interactions with regulators and external auditors.
- Serve as the main contact for regulatory inspections, reviews, and follow-up actions.
- Manage technology risk frameworks, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), IT exceptions, and regulatory assessments.
- Prepare and present risk and governance metrics to management and risk committees.
- Oversee regulatory submissions, RFIs, remediation plans, and closure tracking.
- Drive governance initiatives across third-party risk, application governance, and information security.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small team, ensuring delivery quality and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 10 years of risk, audit, or governance experience, with at least 8 years in IT audit, IT risk, or IT governance roles.
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and frameworks such as MAS TRM, Cyber Hygiene Notice, NIST, and ISO 27001.
- Proven experience engaging MAS and external auditors.
- Strong written communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong control assessment and risk evaluation capabilities.
- Prior experience managing team members or leading audit/risk workstreams.
