Role Summary
You are responsible to support and contribute in transferring technology, optimizing and sustaining device processes to ensure high performance, yield and manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities
- Transferring mature technology from the mother fab to the new fab. Concurrent tasks including device performance analysis, model S2S, evaluation of device sensitivity/stability/variation, CIP plan, defense system setup. To meet quality assessment and reliability qualification are also part of this job.
- Introducing customer's RSA/mass production products from other fab to our fab. Task including technical requirement discussion in the kick-off stage, managing device related discussion including S2S, characterization plan, planning window check proposal for critical process steps, reducing potential production risks, meet quality/reliability/yield criteria from device perspective.
- Developing derivative platform from existing platform. Setup device performance target w/ market people, integrating selected process steps from several technologies, preparing development shuttle and work with Fab closely to make sure the new technology is good to production.
Education Qualification & Essential
- Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Material Sciences or Physics science.
- Interesting or Min 6 years of relevant work experience in Fab for Process / Device / Program management would be a plus.
