Technology Delivery Manager

. Good business knowledge across multiple domains within Core Banking and Wealth Management

. Experience in Wealth Management systems/software will be an added advantage

. More than 10 years proven track record in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities for a multi-national/regional company with annual budgetary responsibility

. More than 8 years leadership experience in managing IT teams ( 20 people)

. Proven experience in a leader-of-leaders role.

. Proven result-oriented career with a focus on development

. Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills

. Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders

. Good understanding and experience in waterfall and agile software development methodologies
