. Strong hands-on background in software development, with theability to:

o Review code and design decisions

o Guide teams on implementation approaches and technical trade-offs

. Proven experience owning end-to-end technical delivery,including:

o Solution design and system integration

o Non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability,resilience)

o Production readiness and operational stability

. Practical expertise with modern engineering ecosystems,including:

o RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures

o CI/CD pipelines and build automation

. Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, including:

o Automated testing and quality gates

o Secure coding and vulnerability management

o Release orchestration and deployment strategies
