Technology Delivery Manager, Detica/Net Reveal (Banking, 1-year renewable contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for KYC and AI-related system implementation and integration with AML platforms.
• Drive pre-project planning activities, including solution architecture, functional specifications, technical design, delivery planning, effort estimation, and resource planning.
• Design and deliver scalable technical solutions aligned with business requirements and project timelines.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solution designs effectively to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Architects, Security teams, Development Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
• Coordinate technical implementation activities across multiple application teams to ensure smooth production deployment and post-go-live support.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, identify delivery risks, and recommend mitigation plans.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and implementation documents.
• Support root cause analysis, code reviews, unit testing, and issue resolution alongside production support teams.
• Partner with testing teams to support SIT, UAT, performance testing, load testing, and application security testing.
• Work with business users and application teams to prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data for UAT and mock runs.
• Manage deployment schedules, change requests, release activities, and production implementation support.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years within the banking or financial services sector.
• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, delivering large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong experience in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, and Java (8+ years preferred).
• Solid background in system architecture, software design, and UI/UX design.
• Experience delivering end-to-end system implementation and integration projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and large datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering KYC, AML, or Financial Crime Compliance projects.
• Exposure to AML platforms such as NetReveal, Detica, or similar vendor solutions.
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystem, Big Data technologies, or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and project management tools such as Control-M, Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Confluence.
