Job responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Management
- Lead and plan technical deliverables within the allocated budget and schedule.
- Oversee / coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams & serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues.
- Provide hands-on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan.
Technical Delivery and Risk Management
- Plan, monitor, and manage risks/issues related to technical project delivery.
- Collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security-related dependencies of the solution.
- Partner with Architects, Security, Suppliers to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial Oversight
- Partner with PMs, BAs, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements.
- Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or similar discipline with at least 7 years of experience in IT Project management
- Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SDLC, AGILE methodologies.
- Experience of executing projects in large program / multiple project environment to showcase coordination / dependencies capabilities
- Experience with Cloud Migration - Lift & Shift and Modernization
- Experience working in Financial Services Industry
- End to end implementation of any of the following in a Financial Services Industry:
- Cloud related solutions
- Infrastructure / Network related solutions
- Endpoint / Workplace Technology related solutions
- Active Directory / Identity Management related solutions
