Technology Risk is a specialised field within technology consulting that focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with an organisation's technology landscape. In today's highly digitised world, businesses heavily rely on technology to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver seamless customer experiences. With the prevalent use of technology comes a corresponding rise in risks, such as cyber threats, data breaches, system failures, regulatory non-compliance, and operational disruptions.
As part of the Technology Risk practice, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of experienced consultants and engage with our clients from different sectors, addressing their technology risk challenges and implementing robust risk management strategies. This role offers extensive learning opportunities, exposure to diverse projects across different geographical locations and emerging technologies, and the chance to contribute to shaping the risk landscape for our clients while helping them navigate the digital landscape with confidence.
The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Involve in the rollout and GTM of :
- AI-enabled compliance solutions
- MSFT co-pilot studio AI
- Development / POCs
- Adoption
- AI accelerators e.g. AI in SAP, AI in ESG, AI in PMO, etc
- Involve in end-to-end technology consulting engagements working alongside team members from various functions to overlay point-of-views (POVs) and industry insights via research and analysis, and formulate solutions and recommendations to address clients needs, challenges and risks.
- Support current state assessment, business requirement gathering, gap analysis and technology strategy development review appropriateness of technical specifications against the problem statements/business requirements and support solution prototyping and architecture design of enterprise systems.
- Collaborate across global and advisory teams in technology consulting, business consulting, cyber security, governance and risk, internal audit, and deals advisory to deliver holistic POVs and solutions to clients.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Recognized tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of working experiences in any of the following areas: i) IT strategy, IT operating model, IT governance, enterprise architecture, technology solutions, project management advisory, ii) implementation, risk management and change management in transformation/adoption of new technologies (e.g., AI/ML, Cloud, IoT,Blockchain, Data Analytics).
- Working experience in technology consulting, system integration, government, banking or fintech environment will be an added advantage.
