The Role
As a Technology Consultant, you will work with leading Banking and Insurance clients on strategic transformation, process optimization, technology modernization, and large-scale business change initiatives. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams delivering projects across business strategy, operating model design, process reengineering, enterprise architecture, PMO, and business analysis.
We are looking for candidates who bring:
- Practical experience working with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude / Claude Code, and other LLM-based assistants.
- Demonstrated ability to design and build AI agents (e.g., via Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, or declarative agents) that execute defined tasks autonomously.
- Experience with automation/workflow tools to connect systems and actions (e.g., email connectors, data sources, triggers, etc.) so agents can complete end-to-end processes independently.
- Strong prompting skills combined with the discipline to critically review AI output, apply fit-for-purpose judgement, and ensure quality before reuse or client delivery.
- Awareness of governance, permissions, and responsible AI principles.
- Ability to train and support colleagues and clients on AI tools usage, championing adoption and building practical use cases.
About you:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or comparable, with 2-6 years of professional experience in technology consulting, GenAI, or automation delivery.
- Experience in the financial services sector (banking or insurance) is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence or convince.
- Be a go-to member of the team for everything GenAI related for change management and user adoption.
- Enthusiastic and keen attitude to developing knowledge in existing and upcoming technologies.
- Strong self-management skills, able to manage own workload to complete assigned tasks to time and quality.
