Job Title: Technology and Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technology and Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to internal staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain and upgrade technology infrastructure
- Collaborate with other teams to implement new technologies
- Have to maintenance the daily office activities as well as report to HR on daily basis
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
-Experience with IT service management tools and processes
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Good written and verbal communication.
Technical Skills:
.-Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Bootstrap
.-Backend: Node.js (Basics)
.-Database: MongoDB
-Tools & Platforms: Git, GitHub, Postman, Visual Studio Code
