My client is delivering ultra-low-latency retrieval through a custom infrastructure stack largely written in Rust. They also operate a large GPU cluster and run jobs across tens of thousands of machines. This is an excellent opportunity to join a true leader in the tech space!

Open roles (in-person):San Francisco or Singapore — visa sponsorship available if needed.

Roles:

1) Backend Engineer

Own performance-critical backend systems processing millions of documents per day—data pipelines, search infrastructure, and low-latency services.

Looking for: experience with Rust, C++, or other high-performance languages.

2) Research Engineer – Generalist (Full Stack)

Build across crawling, parsing, retrieval algorithms, and ML performance. Ideal for a strong generalist who enjoys moving between layers of the stack, improving end-to-end search quality, and shipping quickly.

This is engineering-led with research intuition—not pure ML theory.
