. We are looking for a highly motivated Application Support Analyst/Developer to join our team.

. This role combines business analysis, application support, and software development responsibilities.

. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, project leads, and technical teams to support and enhance enterprise applications while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

. Support, maintain, and enhance React/TypeScript frontend applications and Java-based backend systems.

. Provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) support, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and production issue resolution.

. Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and operational support.

. Perform functional testing, system validation, and data analysis to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

. Collaborate with business users, project leads, and technical teams to deliver application enhancements and process improvements.

. Investigate and resolve frontend, backend, and database-related issues in a timely manner.

. Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve application stability and user experience.

. Support incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.

. Contribute to process automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption within the team.

. Learn and support COBOL-based applications as part of the broader application landscape when required.

Required Qualifications

. 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Software Development, or a similar role.

. Hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.

. Experience with Java development and support.

. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

. Willingness to learn and support COBOL-based applications.
