Equipment & Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance: Schedule regular servicing for industrial ovens, cold rooms, dishwashers, and ventilation.
Breakdown Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) failures quickly to avoid service downtime.
Vendor Management: Supervise external contractors for specialized machinery repairs and annual certifications.

Technical Background: Knowing Electrical, Plumbing

Kitchen Experience: Prior experience working with commercial food service equipment (Rational, Hobart, etc.).
