1.Entry Requirements
- Candidate must possess Diploma / NITEC or ITC in in Electrical, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or equivalent
- Singapore Citizen / PR may apply
- Basic command of English (speak and read)

3.Job Description Installation, Maintenance and Support Services for Client's Systems
These include, but no limited to, the following services:
- To coordinate and manage maintenance activities arising during duty
- To perform Defect Management and reporting for the maintenance equipment.
- To oversee the completion of maintenance & repair work performed by the client appointed maintenance contractors at the client's system sites, for both corrective and preventive maintenance
- To coordinate repair/ maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information with client appointed maintenance contractors, including arranging for preventive and corrective maintenance
- To perform standby duty at client's operations centres for immediate response to systems fault, and to conduct system health monitoring and daily checks
- To attend to faults raised by ops users and provide technical support o ops users, keeping them updated on the status of the faults raised
- To support maintenance related information
