TECHNICIAN

Job Description

• To be the first responder to check of all breakdown, troubleshoot and follow up to ensure rectification works are completed.
• Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
• Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, roofs, drains and HVAC.
• Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
• Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and regulations

Job Requirements

• NTC2/3 or NITEC in Mechanical / Electric / Building
• Minimium 1 year relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities and implementing improvement works
