What you will do
- Execute production buyoff procedure and shop floor line support.
- Perform trouble shooting and analysis on internal / External product quality issue and work with engineers on corrective/preventive actions.
- Provide daily task report.
- Support projects ( SMART LEAN / CIP continuous improvement projects ) , trial run and cost saving evaluation.
- Identify and monitor production process / machine parameters.
- Ensuring process checklist / logbooks are maintained.
- Support new process set up ( NPI ).
- Assist process documentation / Work Instruction and provide training to manufacturing personnel
- Able to do measurement for the 2nd source component trial run.
What you bring
Experience
- 2 - 3 years experience in production & engineering field
- Experienced in SMT industry or other other related manufacturing industry
- Experienced in Gas Coating Process or any related PCB coating internment.
- Good technical skill with hands on knowledge in SMT machines
- Able to perform measurement like caliper or digital microscope.
- Personal competencies
- Able to read & understand 2D / 3D drawing & electrical circuit diagram
- Good trouble-shooting or diagnostic skills on printed circuit board (PCBA)
