Technician (Tool & Die/precision machining)

Duties and Responsibilities
.Perform daily machine inspection and record as per work instruction.
.Perform tooling setup on machines and run the machines to meet daily planned schedule.
.Requisition of raw material for daily production.
.Maintain proper documentation record to ensure compliance with the IATF16949 Standard.
.Perform 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
.Contribute to Operational Excellence (OE) targets set for production.
.Work with teams in various Departments to accomplish daily production schedules and troubleshooting issues.
.Lead a team to achieve production KPIs.
.Provide relevant training and mentoring to junior staff.
Job Requirements
.Minimum NTC 3 in any discipline or O-Level with minimum 5 years experience in handling stamping press machines.
.Understanding of machine safety procedures and awareness.
.Knowledgable and must be able to troubleshoot common stamping issues.
.Ability to handle progressive tools and perform grinding.
.Ability to generate report from production systems, perform analysis and suggest recommendations.
.Discipline to follow work instructions and with positive mindset and attitude.
.4-day work in a fully air-con workplace and must be prepared to work night shift when required.
