Technician

. Responsible for the smooth operation and overall performance of all buildings services by running shift duty or daily normal duty.

. Carry out daily check and logging of Hotel M & E plant and equipment.

. Ensure PPM Schedule and repair works are carried out accordingly.

. Carry out daily repair & maintenance works assigned by Technical Officer.

. Provide emergency supports to all building services as and when required.

. To implement regular inspections on all services, e.g. the fire alarm and protection systems, chiller system etc.

. Ensure comfort levels in all F&B outlets, office spaces and public areas through physical checks in the area.

. Ensure prioritized attention to maintenance work orders and complaints respecting the department's standards.

. To assist in ordering any spare parts, ensures speedy completion of jobs that needs to be carried out.

. Provide front-line supports and trouble-shoot in the event of breakdowns.
