Technician / Senior Technician

Working Location : Tuas Bay Lane
Working Hours : Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm

Event management and setups together with the FM team.

Technical knowledge to service and maintain HVAC, fire safety equipment monthly on a short term.

Routine meeting room inspections.

Stock checks on consumable items.

Work with FM team to order / receive and upkeep of consumable stocks.

Replacement of Company / National Flags as and when required.

Require MEWP license to drive scissors lift as and when required.

Ensure annual maintenance plan is maintained at all times to identify when statutory works, meetings and other key events are being carried out.

Action improvements identified during the building and workplace inspections.

Log helpdesk calls for contractor faults and required improvements.

Provide assistance with basic office moves and work with the SODEXO or project team during on site projects, providing assistance where necessary.

Review building maintenance and M&E purchase requests as required to ensure that financial processes are adhered to at all times

Built and accumulate knowledge of SODEXO Business Processes and QMS system so that it can be applied to

Lead in investigating any incident related to any technical facility issues.

Work with other vendors under Sodexo to carry out the works efficiently and effectively.
