Technician/ Senior Technician (Hotel)

COMO Metropolitan Singapore is located in the heart of Singapore on Bideford Road. Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to guest feedback/request
• Carry out inspections of MEP plant rooms and system
• Record utility consumption
• Carry out daily routine inspections of public areas
• Attend to breakdown and repair of equipment
• Respond to emergency incidents

Job Requirements

• Higher NITEC / NITEC in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in hotel / commercial buildings
• Able to work weekends/shifts and Public holidays
• Trained in First Aid, Respond to Fire in the Workplace, Respond to Fire Emergencies in Building
