Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard procedures.
- Handle equipment parts and components with care to prevent contamination or damage.
- Work 6-8 hours per shift within a cleanroom environment while adhering to cleanroom protocols.
- Follow established procedures for installation, removal, and replacement of heavy machinery components.
- Conduct daily workplace 6S audits to ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Support Minor PM, Major PM, Tube Cleaning, and Main Heater Change PM activities, primarily in logistics coordination.
- Perform sub-fab audits, including basic health checks of supporting systems such as UPS and scrubbers.
- Participate in on-site training and apply learned procedures to daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a semiconductor or cleanroom environment.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy machinery and semiconductor tools.
- Ability to work for extended periods (6-8 hours) in a cleanroom environment.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, tool calibration, and mechanical assembly.
- Willingness to undergo on-site training and comply with operational and safety procedures.
